Introducing FocusGroup Wallet

We are excited to be rolling out our new digital honorarium program. 

How FocusGroup Wallet Works:

1. Upon completion of any interview, focus group, online survey, or any other participation type, you will receive an email with a link that takes you to the FocusGroup Wallet portal.

2. Your honorarium is added to your on-line account (FocusGroup Wallet)

3. You can access the online account at any time for details such as cumulative dollars/points, projects where you received honorarium, how much you have already redeemed, etc.

4. You can redeem the honoraria via a catalog that has options such as Virtual Debit Card, Physical Debit Card, Amazon, Best Buy iTunes, etc.

Here are some answers to questions that may come to mind:

Will all honorarium be issued through FocusGroup Wallet?

  • For the majority of studies you participate in you will receive your honorarium via FocusGroup Wallet, however there will still be certain studies where you may be sent your honorarium by check or physical Visa card. 

How do I receive my honorarium?

  • After completion of your study you will receive an e-mail from participate@focusgroup.com confirming the honorarium amount that has been added to your FocusGroup Wallet. Once you receive that e-mail, you can log in to your account at FocusGroup.com, go to the FocusGroup Wallet section and select a reward option from our catalog. You will receive an e-mail with your electronic gift card from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com within 24 hours of redemption.

Can I still get a physical gift card?

  • Yes, one of the FocusGroup Wallet reward options is a physical gift card. When you redeem your honorarium, you can select the physical Visa card for no additional fee.

Can I still use my physical card at the ATM?

  • Yes, you can still use the physical card to get cash at the ATM. We have also added an additional $2.50 to your physical card to cover any ATM surcharge fees you may encounter. The $2.50 is on us, and is not deducted from your FocusGroup Wallet balance. 

What happens to the points I have already accumulated in my account?

  • Your existing points will be added to your FocusGroup Wallet and can be redeemed by accessing the virtual rewards catalog. For detailed information on how to redeem, Click Here

Has anything else changed?

  • No! Everything else remains the same. You will continue to receive invitations via e-mail or by logging in to FocusGroup.com to see studies that are available for you. The only thing that is changing is the way you are rewarded for participating.

How do I Log In?

  • You will continue to use you current email address and password to log into the new website. The website address is focusgroup.com.
  • If you do not remember your password, or experience any issues logging in, you can reset your password using the directions found here.

Where are my Points (For FPG Panel)

  • All un-redeemed points on your account have been transferred over to Focus Group. For detailed information on how to redeem, click here.

Will you still send me email invitations?

  • Yes, we will continue to send invitations by email from our new email address. Please be sure you add @focusgroup.com to your safe-sender list. You can find detailed instruction on how to do this by clicking here.

How do I use your new website?

  • Please log in and click around to explore all the new features. You can find helpful information with step-by-step instructions on our Knowledgebase.

Sago On-Site Safety Precautions

Our priority is the health and safety of our visitors and employees.  We are following CDC guidelines.

For the safety of all we will:

  • Apply physical distancing by at least 6 feet
  • Exercise good health practices
  • Apply stringent check-in/out procedures
  • Use electrostatic sanitizing spray daily
  • Disinfect all surfaces after each use
  • Use disposable products

We ask you to:

  • Follow our host’s guidance to keep us all safe
  • Wear a mask
  • Observe physical distancing of 6 feet
  • Wash your hands often
  • Use good respiratory hygiene

Please note: If you are scheduled to participate in a study and there is a change of status, you will be notified by email or phone. If you are scheduled for an in-person interview and are not comfortable attending, please contact us immediately.

New Survey Dashboard Feature!

Are you tired of waiting for us to contact you for study opportunities? We’re happy to announce that we have added the “Survey Dashboard” to the Inspired Opinions community site! Our community members will now be able to see available studies, and apply to the ones they’re interested in, without having to wait for us to contact them!

Login to your account, select the “Surveys” tab and scroll down to the light blue chart, to see all available studies you can apply for. Remember, the more often you check your profile, the more new studies you’ll see with the Survey Dashboard!

New Item Added to our Reward Catalog!

We’re happy to announce that we’ve expanded our Rewards Catalog to include VISA eGift cards to our reward offerings! Our community members now have the option to redeem their Inspired Opinions Points for VISA eGift cards, for $50 and $100.
